Mindset, Intuition, and Self-development Inspiration
Author: Stevie Puckett, M.A.
My specialty is connecting people and ideas. I'm an advocate for proactive self-development. I see opportunities that others might not notice. I like to encourage. I’m also an author and narrator. Most of what I write is coaching for myself that I share in the hope of helping someone else too.
What is the process of “waking up” and what to do when you fall out of the flow? She interviews psychic and evolutionary astrologer Joy Star about how to get back in touch with your intuition when you crash.
Topic 1) define waking up
It’s a process of realizing that you can be fully engaged in life and spiritually connected to your Higher Self / God / Love on a moment by moment basis. You begin to notice that times when you feel spiritually connected and in the flow happen more often. You find yourself feeling whole and loving more and more often but there are still those times when you “crash.”
Topic 2) thoughts about those times when you feel down
It seems the further along you get in noticing the highs in life, the crashes can seem more painful. They shorten in duration, like recovery comes faster, but it still feels like you shouldn’t be able to be knocked on your butt like that. The pain may be due to the big difference between how your sort of average vibe raises yet the lowest vibe stays low and the difference between highs and lows can be quite awful for a phase or two until you learn how to manage it.
Topic 3) thoughts on self-nurturing
The more you practice and the more ideas and strategies you harness can help recovery come sooner and the average low vibe raised too!
As Joy Star says, “You learn to surrender, you learn ways to nurture yourself and when to ‘call in sick to the universe’.”
I’ve recently completed Joy’s Online Psychic Class and can definitely recommend it. You can check it out on her website at PsychicJoyStar.com.
